The Isoko Cultural Association, Toronto (ICA Toronto) is the recognized Canadian chapter of the Isoko Association of North America (IANA). Founded in 1994, ICA Toronto was established to unite Isoko indigenes residing in Toronto and surrounding cities. The association serves as a cultural, social, and developmental platform, ensuring that Isoko traditions are preserved abroad while contributing to community growth both in Canada and in Isoko land.
Structure and Membership
Membership is open to all Isoko sons and daughters, their families, and friends of the Isoko Nation living in Toronto and across Ontario.
- Executive Leadership – elected officers responsible for administration, cultural activities, and development projects.
- General Membership – families and individuals who actively participate in events and programs.
- Committees – welfare, youth, women, and cultural committees focusing on community needs.
